On May 22, 2020, the 4th General Meeting of Shareholders and General Election Meeting of Shandong Jinhe Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was held in Cishan Hot Spring Town International Conference Center. At the meeting, Zhang Xinda, chairman of the third board of directors, made a work report to the meeting. The meeting reviewed and passed the new "Articles of Incorporation", and elected members of the fourth board of directors and the board of supervisors. Meeting of the directors’ board and the supervisors’ board elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
