  • 产品描述
  • Chemical name: Sodium Dithionite Physical and chemical properties: Sodium hydrosulfite (sodium dithionite) white crystalline powder, odorless or slightly sulfur dioxide odor, easily soluble in water, unstable in aqueous solution, insoluble in alcohol. Relative density (water = 1): 2.3-2.4, bulk density: 0.9-1.2, auto-ignition temperature: 250°C. Sulfur powder is a strong reducing agent, which has good stability when stored in a dry and airtight container. It decomposes when heated to above 75°C, exothermics heat and emits sulfur dioxide. When the temperature reaches 250°C, the sosso powder can ignite spontaneously and cause its own oxidation-reduction reaction. When the decomposing powder decomposes in moist air, it will emit heat; when it is placed in the atmosphere, it will be oxidized by the oxygen in the atmosphere. Sodium sulfonate decomposes rapidly in an aqueous solution with a PH value of less than 5, but its stability is quite high in an alkaline medium (the solution is preferably a buffer), but it can also decompose to form sulfides under strong alkaline conditions. Uses: Widely used in textile industry, as reducing agent for vat dye dyeing, reducing bleaching agent, vat dye printing auxiliary, refining and bleaching agent for silk, stripping agent for dyeing and cleaning agent for dyeing vat, etc. Used as a bleaching agent for mechanical pulp, thermomechanical pulp and deinked pulp in the paper industry, it is the most suitable bleaching agent for wood pulp papermaking. As a reducing bleaching agent, sodium hydroxide is widely used in bleaching of kaolin, bleaching and reducing whitening of fur, and bleaching of bamboo products and straw woven products. Used in mineral processing, synthesis of thiourea and its sulfides, etc. Used as a reducing agent in the chemical industry. The food additive sodium dithionite (sodium hydrosulfite) is used as a bleaching agent, preservative, and antioxidant in the food industry. It is widely used as preserves, dried fruits, dried vegetables, vermicelli, glucose, table sugar, rock sugar, caramel, candy, liquid glucose, bamboo shoots, Bleaching agent and food preservation agent for mushrooms and canned mushrooms. The scope of use and maximum use are in accordance with the "National Food Safety Standards, Food Additives Use Standards" GB2760. Storage and transportation: The insurance powder should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry and covered warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Do not contact with water or steam, and do not get wet. Do not mix with oxidants, acids or other flammable materials. Use the whole barrel as much as possible each time. If you can't use it up at a time, you should take it and use it. If you don't use it up, immediately tie the inner bag, seal the lid, store it properly and use it up as soon as possible. The warehouse should be equipped with dry powder fire extinguishers, fire claw hooks, water sources, and appropriate gas masks (No. 7 yellow canister). Suspension powder should be transported by any means of transportation that are covered or covered. When transporting and handling, it should be handled with care to prevent damage to the packaging container. If the damaged packaging is found, it should be replaced immediately or handled properly. During transportation, the packaging barrel is not allowed to be inverted or bumped. Keep the packaging tight, prevent moisture, rain, direct sunlight, and do not mix with acids, oxidants, etc. Packing: Sodium hydrosulfite (sodium dithionite) and food additives. Sodium hydrosulfite (sodium hydrosulfite) is packaged in iron drums lined with double-layer plastic bags (plastic bags should be double-tie) and tightly sealed. The net weight of each barrel is 15±0.15kg, 25 kg±0.2kg, 50 kg±0.3kg, 100±0.4kg. Product quality: Sodium sulfite (sodium dithionite) products comply with the standard of HG/T2074 chemical industry of "Sodium sulfite (sodium dithionite)". Food additives Sodium dithionite (sodium sulfite) products comply with the national standard of "Food Additive Sodium Dithionite (sodium sulfite)" GB/22215.
